Rules of Entry

1. Only One (1) entry per couple will be accepted for this sweepstakes. Multiple entries are not accepted.
2. Sweepstakes is ONLY open to COUPLES GETTING MARRIED in the future.
3. Completed entry form must be received by June 30, 2010.
4. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
5. Sponsors of Honeymoon Giveaway are not liable and/ or responsible for any previous deposits made for other honeymoon bookings.
6. All taxes & gratuities that may apply are the responsibility of the winner. The winner must sign a confirmation of eligibility & compliance letter.
7. Contemporary Bride® is not responsible for the services, policies or practices of the participating sponsors.
8. Contemporary Bride® reserves the right to substitute service or products for those provided by our sponsors.
9. Contemporary Bride® reserves the right to use the winner's name, photograph, correspondence or interviews for publicity purposes.
10. Winners may not substitute, trade or transfer prize to another party.
11. All Federal, State, local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
12. Some blackout dates, restrictions and processing fees may apply.
13. All entries must be postmarked no later than June 30, 2010. Contemporary Bride® is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdirected entries.
14. Airfare is not included in Honeymoon Giveaway unless otherwise noted. Land package only when indicated in sweepstakes. Airport transfers may not be included.
15. All fields of information must be completed to be eligible.

17. If you do not want to enter via the internet, send a postcard to Contemporary Bride® Magazine, 216 Stelton Road, Ste D1, Piscataway, NJ 08854. Include Name, Address, Phone Numbers (work, home and cell), Banquet Facility Location, Wedding Date and E-Mail Address. Also include where you received our Magazine and which vendors, if any, did you contact from our magazine.
18. By completing these surveys it is understood that Contemporary Bride® Magazine reserves the right to use the written submissions completed in our on line survey including, but not limited to, name, photograph, correspondence or interviews for publicity purposes or any promotional material published and/or printed or used on our website ContemporaryBride.com
