If you are using Internet Explorer 7, you must do the following to access the lists...
On your menu bar at the top of your browser, click on Tools > Internet Options > Security
Then move your Security level from Medium-High to Medium. Click apply and then close.
Otherwise the pop-up window will not come up for you to enter the passwords.
