1 1/2 oz. Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka
1 large strawberry, chopped
Handful of mint leaves
1 tsp. agave nectar
1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
3 oz. sparkling wine or Champagne
Muddle the strawberry with the agave and lemon. Add Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate and strain into chilled Champagne flute. Top with the sparkling wine or Champagne.
Garnish: strawberry slice on rim

KAPPA Rico
1 ½ oz KAPPA Pisco
1 oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
¾ oz fresh lemon juice or fresh lime juice
¼ oz simple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Molinari Sambuca Extra
1 oz. Monin Raspberry Fruit Puree
6 Fresh Mint Leaves
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
Garnish Options: Pineapple wedge, raspberry, lemon
Directions: Muddle first three ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice, Sambuca and juice, cap and shake. Strain over ice in a 12 oz. glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge, raspberry, and/or lemon.

Strawberry Prep: Cut the bottoms of the strawberry flat to get them to stand upright. Use a huller or apple corer to empty out the strawberry. Once the strawberries have been emptied, use a towel to pat the outside of the strawberries dry. Check each strawberry and make sure there is not a hole in the bottom before you start filling.
Ingredients:
Margarita Mix
1 box Strawberry Jell-O
8 ounces tequila, preferably reposado or blanco
6 ounce Cointreau
Salt for garnish
Directions: Boil one cup of hot water in a saucepan, then add in Jell-o powder and whisk until powder is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Set aside. Measure out 1/4 cup of cold water and set aside. Combine tequila and Cointreau in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add liquour mixture to cold water and stir. Then add cold liquour mixture to hot Jell-o mixture and stir. Pour final Jell-o mix into strawberries and chill overnight. Dip your finger in water or use a moistened brush to wet the edge of the strawberries, dip and rotate the strawberries in salt to rim. Garnish with cut lime triangles to finish.

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons sugar
3 blackberries
3 small chunks fresh pineapple
6 or 7 mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, plus a wedge for garnish
1/4 cup light or dark rum
1/4 cup seltzer
Directions: For simple syrup, put sugar and 2 tsp. water in a glass bowl and microwave on full power for 10 to 15 seconds, or until sugar is dissolved. Drop blackberries, pineapple, and mint leaves into a sturdy glass and crush to a pulp with the end of a wooden spoon. Add the simple syrup, lime juice, and rum. Pour the contents into an old-fashioned glass and then back into first glass. Repeat until thoroughly mixed and pour back into old-fashioned glass. Add ice cubes and seltzer; stir. Garnish with sprig of mint and lime wedge.

Ingredients:
1 cup ruby red grapefruit juice
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4 limes)
1 cup Triple Sec Orange Liqueur
3 cups ice
1 cup silver Tequila
1 lime cut in wedges, optional Kosher salt.
Directions: Rim the glass with a lime wedge and dip in salt. Combine the grapefruit juice, lime juice, Triple Sec and ice in a blender. Pour in the tequila, stir and serve.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
Kosher salt
Sugar
2 ounces Orange liqueur
2 ounces fresh lime juice
3 ounces blood orange juice (2-3 oranges)
3 ounces tequila, preferably reposado
salt for the rim, lime/orange wedges for garnish
Directions: Make a simple syrup by combining water and sugar over medium high heat. Heat until sugar is dissolved; remove from heat and let cool.Combine equal parts of salt and sugar and spread on a saucer. Rub the rim of each glass with a lime wedge and then dip the edge into the salt/sugar combination. Combine 3 oz of simple syrup with orange liqueur, lime juice, blood orange juice and tequila in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake for approximately 30 second until ice cold. Fill glasses with ice and pour mixture into the glasses. Garnish with an orange slice and lime section.

Ingredients makes one (two ounce) shooters- can be easily multiplied.
1/2 ounce marshmallow vodka (or vanilla, whipped cream or cake flavored vodka)
1/2 ounce Godiva chocolate liqueur
1/4 ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur
3/4 ounce cream/half and half
Chocolate syrup or hot fudge
Graham cracker crumbs
Vanilla frosting for glass rimming
Mini marshmallows
Directions: Rim of glass with vanilla frosting then dip into graham cracker crumbs. Pour about 1/2 teaspoon chocolate fudge into the bottom of the glass. Combine Vodka, Baileys, Godiva and cream in a shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Pour into glass and top with mini marshmallows skewered on a toothpick.
For 8 shooters or 2 martinis, you will need: 4 ounces of marshmallow vodka, 4 ounces of Godiva chocolate liqueur, 2 ounces of Bailey’s and about 6 ounces of milk.
