Submit your wedding to Contemporary Bride Magazine - ContemporaryBride.com

Congratulations on your recent nuptials! We would love to consider your wedding to be featured in an upcoming edition of Contemporary Bride Magazine (space-permitting) and/or on our website! Whether you're a recently married couple, photographer, wedding planner, florist, invitation designer (or any other vendor), we would be thrilled to share your recent real weddings, style shoots, engagements, proposals, inspiration boards, and anything that falls into the wedding industry.

Because we want to run recent weddings, please submit your wedding no later than 8 months after your wedding day.

Weddings may be submitted by photographers, couples, or any vendor; whomever submits the images should check with the couple before doing so.

We are currently accepting submissions for our Spring/Summer 2016 edition, with a deadline of mid October 2015. (As always, all real weddings and editorial is based on space-permitting.)

Download the Submission form here - RealWedding.pdf

Along with the completed real wedding form above, please include 10-15, low-resolution images and email them to our Public Relations Coordinator, meghan@contemporarybride.com

Choose photos that you feel best illustrate the couple and the detailed, specialized, personalized aspects of the wedding and the reception. Look through our published images to get an idea of the types of images we print. If and when we want to see more, we will request a full set of high-res pictures.

Due to the high number of submissions, we cannot respond to all inquiries; however if we are interested in the wedding, we will contact the bride & groom for an interview. Please make a copy of all materials that you submit as we cannot return them and are not responsible for lost submissions.

We prefer weddings that have not already been published on another blog, but will consider all of them. If the wedding has been featured elsewhere, please let us know when and where.

In addition to weddings, we would also love to see your engagement & anniversary shoots, proposals, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and styled shoots! Please send meghan@contemporarybride.com a link to an online gallery or submit 50-75 images via Dropbox.com. Don't forget to include all detail shots that are rich in creativity (floral design, paper goods, & of course personal details), as well as a description of the overall concept.

Do you have professional advice you would like to share? Simply email meghan@contemporarybride.com your advice, along with an image! Thank you for your interest in Contemporary Bride. We look forward to hearing from you and sharing your fabulous events with our bridal community!
