The Groom's Cake
A tradition that started in the south, has quickly spread across the U.S. making a popular special treat for the groom. This cake was originally meant for the single women at the wedding. At the end of the evening, they would take slice home as a wedding favor. They would them sleep with it under their pillow that evening in hopes to dream about their future husband. Today, this cake has become a way to honor the groom and is meant to be a fun way to represent his personality, style and/or passions.
